Almost done. Pacewickz Electrical has finish and Metro West Flooring has one final coat to do.


Suoto Painting
The first cold day of the year 16 degrees. The landing and stairs are being constructed with the materials we salvaged from the deck we removed.


Back from holiday, Tucker and I are installing the interior moldings.
The door panels are made with frabric to allow heat from the componants and sound from the subwoofer to escape.

Exterior work is just about complete.


The plaster has dried now we begin installing the finishes.


While the plaster in drying, I'm in the shop working on the mantle and builtins.

We have to be quick with the painting before it gets to cold.


The blue board went up on Saturday. The guys from Stoney Plastering should have the plastering done in no time.






Now that the addition is weather tight. We can get the framing inspection and Insulate.

Roofing in the valley.
The window is out and the opening is ready to be framed.

This is where the newroof will tie into the old roof.

It's starting to take shape.
The rafters are up and most of the roof is sheathed. Time to work on the bay roof.

The floor framing is done. Now its time to install the floor sheathing.

Kevin (AKA The Plumber) stops by to meet with the homeowner and Alexi to review the heating plans. Tucker and Wellerson mixing concrete for the footings.
